A very early version of the famous easy chair in teak, designed by Grete Jalk and manufactured by France & Søn in Denmark.

Elegant and ergonomic, with clean lines and balanced proportions, the iconic FD-118 is not only exceptionally comfortable but also uncompromisingly beautiful.

Over the years, many chairs inspired by Grete Jalk’s design have been produced, underlining the visionary character of her work.

The cushions have been renewed and upholstered in ‘Coda’, a fantastic wool fabric by the Danish manufacturer Kvadrat. Designed by 'Norway Says', Coda is extremely durable and a great choice when it comes to restoring valuable mid-century modern pieces.
